I’m passionate about speaking, training, and presenting, and I’ve had the privilege of sharing my insights and lived experience with audiences across Australia — from workplaces to national conferences.

With a solid foundation in psychology, I bring a deep understanding of human behaviour, mental health and wellbeing, and work design to my speaking and coaching work, helping leaders and their teams to thrive.

The Momentum Maker

Why I do this work

My father served as an SAS soldier, completing two tours in Vietnam and one in Borneo. His battles didn’t end when he came home. All his life, Dad fought an invisible war. Undiagnosed Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), compounded by years working in the Department of Corrections. This shaped the rest of his life, leading to early retirement at 55, Totally and Permanently Incapacitated, followed by early-onset dementia.

Growing up, I witnessed the silent cost of unspoken struggles, and the stigma associated with complex mental health conditions. It ignited a deep fascination with human behaviour and a drive to understand how we can transform unhelpful habits into lasting, positive change.

But understanding mental health doesn’t make you immune to it.

I’ve faced my own battles with anxiety, depression, and burnout. Proof that knowledge alone isn’t enough. What matters is how we live, the boundaries we set, and the choices we make every day.

Today, as a Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach, Speaker, and Educator, I help people break free from what’s holding them back, empowering them to take charge of their wellbeing through the transformative power of lifestyle, mindset, and self-leadership.

My work is a fusion of lived experience, empirical evidence, and positive psychology. I stand at the intersection of grit and growth, helping individuals and teams ThinkWELL, LeadWELL, and LiveWELL.

Because thriving isn’t a destination – it’s an ongoing journey.
